💳 Recharge Limits by ID Type (Daily & Monthly)

These limits are designed to ensure the security and smooth performance of your Intrapay account. Please note: All stated limits are permanent and cannot be increased.

💰 Offline Wallet Top-up Policy

To prevent service interruptions and ensure your recharges are processed instantly:

  • Plan Ahead: If you use offline balance top-ups, please ensure your wallet is funded at least 5 days in advance of when you need to perform recharges.
  • Alternative: Maintain a standing wallet balance that aligns with your specified daily and monthly limits.

🏡 Personal Use Only Policy

Intrapay is built for YOU, your friends, and your family.

  • The Intrapay app is strictly for personal recharges and bill payments.
  • Commercial Use is Prohibited: The app is not available for use by shopkeepers, public businesses, or any public recharge/bill payment services.

🚨 Policy Violation & Misuse Consequences

Protect your account and maintain seamless service by adhering to these guidelines.

  • Violation Penalty: If any policy violation or commercial use is discovered, your associated ID will be blocked immediately.
  • Unblocking Process: The ID review and unblocking process may take a minimum of 7 days.

⚠️ Multiple ID Policy (Free Users)

  • Misuse: Creating more than one Free ID to misuse the service will result in all your IDs being permanently blocked.
  • Financial Penalty: A penalty of ₹500/- per ID will be levied on all linked accounts.
  • Refund: After the ₹500 penalty deduction, the remaining balance will be refunded to you via the original payment method. No blocked Free ID will be unblocked under any circumstances.
