1. Physical Products Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to any physical products purchased from Intrapay that require delivery by a third-party carrier.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

🚚 Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the package.
  • Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):
    • Domestic (India): 5-10 business days
    • International: 10-20 business days (varies significantly by destination)

  • For most digital goods (Ebooks, PDF courses, online courses, software, and source codes), delivery is instantaneous upon successful payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email containing the access details, download link(s), or instructions to access the content through your Intrapay account.

⏱️ Setup-Required Digital Services

  • Services that require manual setup or configuration, such as software installations, domain registrations, and hosting services, may require additional time.
  • Delivery/Access Time: While the order confirmation is instant, the full service setup is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. You will be notified via email once the service is fully provisioned and ready for use.

📧 Non-Receipt of Digital Product- shipping policy

If you have successfully completed payment and have not received access to your digital product within 30 minutes (or within the 48-hour window for setup services):

  1. Check your Spam/Junk Folder: Delivery emails can sometimes be filtered by email providers.
  2. Verify Your Account: Log into your Intrapay account at https://intrapay.in/ to check your Order History and My Courses/Downloads sections for direct access.
